"As the Chairman of Programs and Events of an "Old World" social club, I was concerned a modern day "shout-out" might offend some of our older members. The Bellevue Club is a premier social and fitness club in a stunning Beaux Arts building ... now on National Register of Historic Places. While we have progressed into the 21st century, this organization was began in 1929 during a time of calling cards and very precise codes of etiquette. But how does one let people know on a weekly basic the many programs and special events coming up with many of these members not part of the online world? I feel fortunate that I have discovered a jewel; a fantastic tool in giving my members a gentle nudge to remember the wonderful luncheons, musicales, Board Meetings and all around reminders to "come and be a part of our lovely organization". This "jewel" is Voice Broadcasting and my contact with Judelle and Amber has turned in a very pleasant and rewarding relationship. I give my own set of directions to them; the time the calls should be sent or any other special instructions and VOILA... magic takes place!
